本研究主要探討新移民家庭子女在上幼兒園期間與新移民母親及幼兒園老師的配對關係,並探討者兩種配對與幼兒園適應表現的關係。研究採取「幼兒園適應量表」來瞭解幼兒適應表現,另進入家庭及幼兒園進行觀察,瞭解母子與師生配對關係之內涵。本研究有兩項初步發現,首先,相較於母子配對關係,師生配對關係對幼兒園適應是較具影響力;其次,配對關係中的情感關係與權力平衡彼此息息相關,影響幼兒的表現。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to understand a new immigrant resident family child's preschool adjustment, taking the dyad concept of Bronfenbrenner's ecological systems theory. Data collected from field observations over a -week period, and Preschool Adjustment Scale. The results included: 1) the dyad of teacher-child was more important than the dyad of motherchild in the process of the preschool adjustment; 2) "balance of power" and "affective relation" were interconnected in the child's preschool adjustment.
