本研究使用封閉防水式40KHz超音波感測器元件應用設計混合訊號模式(Mixed signal Mode) 超音波驅動接收板,和設計控制主機整合成超音波測距系統電路。此研究電路往後可應用在汽車防撞系統、汽車倒車雷達系統、自動控制機台與機器人等。此混合訊號模式超音波驅動接收板,其內部處理電路結構包含類比與數位訊號整合、直流電源載波(DC P.L.C.)與訊號回授技術。在硬體電路單元包括微控制器、濾波器電路、比較器電路、RLC諧振電路等重要電路原理。在控制主機與超音波驅動接收板之間運用三條電線聯結,第一條電線為電源啟動訊號和正電源供應,第二條電線為距離偵測數位訊號回送控制主機,第三條電線為超音波驅動接收板與控制主機共同接地線,後續將在內文中介紹超音波驅動接收板與控制主機的軟硬體設計。
This research uses closed water-proof 40_KHz ultrasonic sensor device applications to design a mixed-signal mode ultrasonic driver/receiver board and a controller for integration into an ultrasonic ranging system circuit. This circuit can be used in automotive anti-collision systems, vehicle reversing radar systems, automatic control machines, and robots. The internal processing circuit structure of this mixed-signal mode ultrasonic driver/receiver board integrates analog and digital signals and DC power carrier (DC PLC) signal feedback technology. The unit of hardware circuit includes a micro-controller, a filter circuit, a comparator circuit, and an RLC resonant circuit principle. Three wires are used to link the host controller and the ultrasonic driver/receiver board. The first wire is for the power-up signal and the positive power supply; the second is a distance detecting digital signal loopback to the host controller; and the third is an ultrasonic driver/receiver board and host controller to link the ground wire.
