海峽兩岸在教育制度上,分道揚鑣六十多年,在此其間臺灣地區沿用政府遷臺前的 教育制度,積極普及教育。目前九年國民義務教育就學率已高達99.8%,幼兒教育非屬 義務教育,其就學率也在95%以上。反觀大陸的幼兒入學率在經濟貿易繁榮的省分,如 江蘇省96%、上海已高達95.5%、浙江省94.8%,但是在經濟水平較差的甘肅省就只有 43.32%、內蒙古37%。據資料的報導,大陸目前幾乎還有一半幼兒都未能入園學習。大 陸加速改革開放,配合社會主義「市場經濟」體制所需科技、文化事業革新的需要,特 別加強幼兒教育師資的培訓,尤其注重師範生道德教育、專業精神的培養。近年來大陸 革新教育,更重視中華文化道德教育、家庭教育,及親職教育。本文專述中國大陸幼兒 教育師資培訓制度。

英文摘要

The countries of Taiwan and China on each side of the Taiwan Strait have gone their separate ways in terms of education systems for over sixty years. During this time, Taiwan followed the education system from before the government's move to Taiwan, actively expanding education to all its citizens. Currently, the enrollment rate of the nine year national compulsory education has reached 99.8%. Even though pre-school education is not included within the national compulsory education, its enrollment rate still reached above 95%. In contrast, while provinces of economic prosperity in China such as the JiangSu province (96%), Shanghai (95.5%), and ZheJian province (94.8%) show high pre-school enrollment rates, other provinces of poor economic levels such as GanSu province (43.43%) and Inner Mongolia (37%) have much lower pre-school enrollment rates. According to data reports, nearly half of pre-school-aged children in China were not able to enroll in schools. China has been rapidly reforming and opening up to the technology and cultural innovations that a socialist market economic system requires. Within these reforms, special emphasis was placed on the pre-school teacher education system, which stressed teachers' moral education and professionalism. In recent years, China's education reform places a priority on Chinese cultural moral education, family education, as well as parenting education. This study focuses on the pre-school teacher education system in China.
