本研究藉由任務取向之系統易用性評估方式，觀察有系統使用經驗者與無系 統使用經驗者檢索過程發生問題之差異，並輔以問卷調查方式，比較不同背景經 驗者對於系統滿意度之看法，研究設計以檔案管理局建置之「國家檔案資訊網」 進行系統檢索、瀏覽、結果顯示、調閱申請與個人化服務等功能實測，以探究不 同使用經驗者與系統互動之情況，以瞭解使用經驗對於系統介面設計之影響。

This study conducts task-based usability testing to observe users’perspectives of online finding aids. The exploratory study focuses on the experience of novice and experienced users with online finding aids. Questionnaires in this study are designed to measure the difference of system satisfaction between these two group users after testing. We use National Archives Access Service System, established by National Archives administration in Taiwan, to investigate the usability questions about search, navigation, display, access and personal service function of online system. This study provides insights regarding how novice and experienced users navigate archival information system differently. Based on this study, we can further explore how users’ experiences have impacts on system usability.
