校長是學校組織的靈魂樞紐,是負責引領學校教師一起推動革新創新的主 要動力,對教育革新的成敗擁有關鍵的地位。因此,校長的領導風格是影響學 校教育成效的重要因素。邀約領導是新興的領導理論,能提升校長的領導力與 學校的效能。本研究的目的旨在探究校長運用邀約領導對學校經營的影響。為 此,研究者以訪談法來蒐集資料,並設計半結構的題目來探討邀約領導的内涵 與層面。研究對象共抽樣六位新竹縣國民小學教師。從訪談内容中對邀約領導 的構面、焦點範圍、運作層次、行動策略與效能展現等層面做詳細剖析。最後 研究者提出邀約領導對校長學校經營之啟示:(一)培養多元有意圖的邀約態度。
(二)充分發揮邀約領導的特質。(三)建構優質的校園環境。(四)形塑民主 信任的領導風格。(五)策晝縝密的教育計晝。(六)增進學校專業邀約的進修 機會。以供學校校長或教育實務工作者改進領導效能與提升學校绩效的參考。

英文摘要

Principals are the soul of the school organization. He is the main driving force for leading the school teachers together to promote innovation. He also has a key position to decide the success or failure of educational innovation. Therefore, the principal's leadership style is an important factor affecting the effectiveness of school education. The invitational leadership is a new leader theory. It can enhance the principal's leadership and school effectiveness. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence about principal’s applying invitational leadership on school management. To this end, the researcher interviews to collect data and designs semi-structured topic to explore the meaning and level of the invitational leadership. The study sampled six elementary school teachers in Hsinchu County. From the interview, the researcher do a detailed analysis of the level of invitational leadership dimensions, focus range, the operational level, action strategies and performance. Finally, the researcher gives some suggestions to the principal on the invitational leadership: (A) Develop multiple intentional attitude of invitational leadership. (B) Give superior performance on the qualities of the invitational leadership. (C) Build the excellent quality of the campus environment. (D) Shape democratic and trusted leadership style. (E) Have the careful education programs. (F) Improve school professional learning opportunities on invitation. The researcher hopes the suggestions for school principals or educational practitioners to improve leadership effectiveness and school performance.
