本文目的以面對他者的倫理觀點，探討團體帶領者的倫理態度。分別由「面對他者， 檢視自身」、「承認無知，邁向無限」、「聆聽與言說」、「非對稱關係與第三方」四 個層面，加以說明。

The purpose of this article is to explore theoretical and practical attitudes of group conductor from the perspective of the ethics of the phenomological scholar, Levinas. We categorized these attitudes as “monitoring the self in facing the other,” “acknowledging selflimitation and moving towards infinity,” “listening and saying,” and “asymmetric relationship and a third party.”
