本文依據列維納斯的面對他者的觀點，以及莊子的卮言，採用個人敘事法，探究團 體心理治療學會舉辦之督導零時差活動中經驗性團體中說話者的處境。分別介紹團體中 的言說與所說，團體中的寓言、重言、卮言，說話者的内在歷程，及經驗性團體中的言說。

The purpose of this study was to articulate the speech of subject in the experiential group. The personal narrative inquiry was used as a method to reflect the group interaction in terms of Levinas' facing the other and dialogues identified by Chuang-Tzu. The said and the saying in groups, the inner process of the speaker, the three types of dialogues, and the saying in experiential group were explored for understanding the speech of the subject and the identification of the subject in the group.
