臺灣文化創意產業自2002年推動以來,處處展現臺灣特有的文創生態與產業魅力,努力挖掘與展現臺灣各地族群文化、地方物產、自然風貌、人文生態與產業脈動等多元面向,文創推廣可說10年有成,且文創相關系所10年間的成立,可說如雨後春筍般。回顧臺灣設計發展50餘年,再探究臺灣本土設計教育發展至今可說幡然改進。過去從工業設計發展至今,從科技、環境、思維等因素的發展,進而將臺灣設計教育推向文化創意的發展趨勢,而這些系所的成立目標,將影響臺灣未來的人才能力取向。本研究透過內容分析法,進行以文化與創意命名之相關系所的教育目標分析,以了解相關系所之屬性趨向與學生基本能力。透過設計轉變的了解,分析目前之目標,已預知未來。經研究分析文創相關系所,約可分為七類,且實務能力、行銷規劃能力、經營管理能力、創意思考能力與文化涵養為重要的能力培育目標。 近20年的政策推動,設計教育的發展從2002年起至今已逾10年,全臺已有近40所大專院校,並超過50個相關系所與學程成立,這些所培育出來的人才,未來將直接進入產業,因此這些人才具備什麼樣的能力,將影響著未來產業競爭力,亦影響著國家發展競爭力。

英文摘要

Taiwan cultural and creative industry has showed its special cultural and creative ecology and industrial fascination everywhere since it was developed in 2002. Working hard to cultivate and present ethnic cultures, local products, natural style and features, humanistic ecologies and industry pulse all over Taiwan, cultural and creative industry has been developing successfully in these ten years, along with departments and institutes relating to culture and creation spring up during this period; looking back the development of design in Taiwan in the past more than fifty years, we explored the development of local design education in Taiwan has been improved quickly. From the past development of industrial design to the current development based on the factors of technology, environment and thinking, etc., and further development tendency from design education to cultural and creative education in Taiwan, the goal of these departments and institutes will affect capability approach for future talents in Taiwan. This study is analyzing education goal for the relevant departments and institutes named as culture and creation through content analysis to understand attribute tendency and student’s basic capability. Analysis of the current goal and predicted future can be done through design modification. The relevant cultural and creative departments and institutes are analyzed by the study to divide into seven categories as cultivating targets of important capabilities, including practical capability, marketing planning capability, operating management capability, creative thinking capability and cultural self-restraint. The policy promoting in the recent twenty years, the development of design education has been over 10 years since 2002, including about new forty colleges and more than new fifty departments/institutes and programs. Those cultivated talents will directly join in the industry. Therefore, what kinds of capacities used by these talents will affect competiveness of the industry and the country in the future.
