本研究針對由中國大陸所有省、市與自治區隨機抽取出51,100份 樣本,進行有關食品安全滿意度和可能影響因素的分析,結果顯示:中國大陸居民食品安全滿意度平均值處於中等略高,介於一般和比較滿意之間;東部居民食品安全滿意度低於中部地區居民,中部地區居民低於西部地區居民;男性食品安全滿意度高於女性;26歲以上居民 年齡越高,食品安全滿意度越高;受教育程度越低的居民食品安全滿 意度越高;農村居民食品安全滿意度高於城鎮居民;城鎮就業者中,外資或港澳臺企業員工食品安全滿意度最低;國有、集體單位等體制 內就業的滿意度低於體制外就業的。此外,農村居民中務農的居民食 品安全滿意度最高。

英文摘要

The data in this survey comes from a random sample of 51,100 people that covered all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. The factors that impact the satisfaction with food safety were analyzed. The results show that the degree of satisfaction with food safety is in the medium range. The degree of satisfaction of residents in the eastern region is lower than in the central region, and that of residents in the central region lower than in the western region. The satisfaction of males is higher than that of females. Among residents more than 26 years old, the higher the age the greater the satisfaction with food safety. The lower the educational level, the higher the degree of satisfaction. The level of satisfaction among rural residents with their food is higher than among urban residents. Among urban employees, the level of satisfaction in government departments, public institutions and collective enterprises is higher than among employees in joint venture, foreign-owned, individual and private enterprises.
