「疥瘡」是疥蟲寄生人體皮膚而引起的傳染性皮膚病，具有高度接觸傳染性，於醫療院所中更是常見的皮膚病之ㄧ。本文將報告一例罹患職業性疥瘡的護理人員，並回顧職業性疥瘡相關文獻，以期能提高醫護人員對於傳染疾病的警覺與認識。

Human scabies, a disease characterized by skin infestation with the arthropod mite, Sarcoptes scabiei, is infectious. Scabies is a common skin disease in hospital. A nurse of occupational scabies is reported in this article. We also review relevant literature on occupational scabies. Hopefully, it can enhance staff awareness of infectious diseases.
