利用碳-氮交叉聯結程序,經由1,6-及1,8-二溴芘與雙(3,4-二甲基苯基)胺或 1-萘基苯基胺等取代基,四種代號為D1-1,6、D1-1,8、D2-1,6及D2-1,8的芘衍生 物異構物已成功的被合成。其最大紫外光-可見光吸收波長分別為439、439、424 及422 nm。D1-1,6及D2-1,6的光冷光光譜分別發出490及488 nm的綠藍光;而 D1-1,8及D2-1,8則分別發出474及460 nm的水藍光。因其具有高的熱分解溫度 (386.2〜448.0°C)與高的熔點(280.3〜4062.9°C),故熱穩定性佳。做為客發射體 分別以4%摻雜於9,10-二- (2-萘基)-蒽主發射體中,製作多層藍色有機發光二極 體裝置,其發光效率分別為7.5、7.7、8.1及8.5 cd A-1。

英文摘要

Four pyrene derivative isomers symbolized as D1-1,6, D1-1,8, D2-1,6, and D2-1,8 have been successfully synthesized by C-N cross-coupling process via 1,6- and 1,8-dibromopyrene with either bis (3,4-dimethylphenyl) amine or 1-naphthyl phenyl amine substituent. The maximum UV-Vis absorption wavelengths are 439, 439, 424, and 422 nm while photoluminescence spectra for D1-1,6 and D2-1,6 shows greenish blue emissions at 490 and 488 nm as well as the photoluminescence spectra for D1-1,8, and D2-1,8 shows water blue emissions at 474 and 460 nm, individually.
In this study, together with good thermal stability, high thermal decomposition temperatures (386.2~448.0C) and high melting points (280.3~402.9C), multilayer blue organic light emitting diode (OLED) devices were fabricated by doping 4% pyrene derivative isomer on guest emitter with host emitter 9,10-di-(2-naphthyl)-anthracene, which possess light emission efficiency at 7.5, 7.7, 8.1, and 8.5 cd A1, respectively.
