由於既有的賈湖骨笛研究成果，未能詳細說明研究方法，以至於其所呈現的數據及衍生的相關研究成果，令人質疑。為探討以往骨笛測音研究的問題性，本 論文對於M282：20號骨笛原件三次已有的測音過程，進行了分析探討。此外，本 論文亦介紹今日測音的幾種方法，以觀察最為可行的骨笛測音方式。
由於骨笛能吹奏出近乎恆常振動的音高，與既有研究方法中，平均值的測音 最為相似。因此本論文將M282 ： 20骨笛原件所吹奏出的河北民謠《小白菜》錄音 資料，透過自動定時距方式，呈現其音高曲線圖，並以平均值方式測音，再與其 他既有數據並列，從而呈現骨笛測音研究的問題性，並說明至今為止的既有成果， 即使是演奏骨笛原件，亦難以呈現出律學研究中所需的音高準確度。中，平均值的測音
