我國政府為了幫助個人達到自我實現,建立自由民主理性的社會,提升國家競爭力,大量的興建學校機構,積極的推展國民義務教育。但是隨著科學技術的進步,社會急遽的變遷和資本主義的盛行,我國逐漸進入後現代主義的氛圍,學校充滿多元化、差異化和自由化的思想,造成傳統校園倫理的式微。各級學校面臨校園和諧關係不易建立、校園安定力量難以維持、學生違規行為日漸增多、師生關係發展日漸淡薄和教育理想價值很難堅持等挑戰,為了解決這些校園倫理的問題,我國教育主管當局應該建立新的校園倫理規範、實施教育倫理課程教學、舉辦各項親師交流活動、加強師生倫理規範宣導、建立正確同儕倫理觀念、落實學校道德教育活動和形成優質美好校園文化,才能建立校園倫理的觀念,面對知識經濟時代校園倫理的挑戰,促進我國各級學校教育的蓬勃發展!

英文摘要

Our government built many schools to carry out compulsory education, in order to help individual to reach self-realization, to establish free, democratic and rational society and to lift national power of competition. But following the progress of science and technology, the rapid social change and the capitalism to prevail make Taiwan into an atmosphere of postmodernism. Our schools filled multiple, different and free ideas and that faded away the school ethics. Every stage of schools faced that the challenge about harmony relation in school was not easy to establish, the stable force in school was hard to maintain, the wrong behaviors were increased gradually, the teacher-student relation was no more so close and the educational ideals and values were hard to continue. For solves these problems of school ethics that our authorities of education should build a new school ethics, implement the instruction of school ethics curriculum, hold many exchange activities between parent and teacher, enhance the propaganda of school ethic norm, establish the correct concepts about ethics of same generation, to fulfill moral education activities in school and to form the fine school culture. Then, we can build the idea of school ethics, face the challenge of school ethics in knowledge economy age and promote the vigorous development of every stage of schools in Taiwan.
