社群網站是否能成功,往往取決於社群成員是否願意在網站上分享個人的知識與心得。社群成員對於網站的整體品質及與成員互動之關係品質,亦是社群成員願意在該社群停留之主要原因。本硏究以近年來越來越多自行車騎乘者參與之Mobilel單車論壇爲例,探討社群網站之網站品質、關係品質與資訊分享意願對忠誠度之影響。
本研究透過網路問卷,採立意抽樣法,對Mobilel單車論壇之成員進行抽樣調査,共回收有效樣本211份,進行迴歸分析。研究結果顯示,網站品質、網站關係品質及社群成員對資訊分享意願皆鲁對社群成員對網站之忠誠度產生正向而顯著影響。此硏究結果可提供社群網站業者做爲經營參考的意見。
Community website’s success often depends on whether community members are willing to share personal knowledge and experience on the website. Community members’ perception of the website quality and the interactive relationship quality are also the main reasons why the community members are willing to stay in the website. We take the members of the Mobile01 Cycling Forum as example, to explore the influence of social networking website quality, relationship quality and information sharing intention on website loyalty.
A questionnaire survey, using the purposive sampling method, was conducted on the Mobile01 Cycling Forum, with a total of 211 valid samples. After the correlation analysis and regression analysis, the results show that the website quality, relationship quality, and information sharing willingness of community members are significantly positive related to the website loyalty. The results of this study can provide the industry of social networking sites as a business reference advice.
