中文摘要

為加強國內高、中、小學學生資訊能力之培養,目前資訊教育係藉由資訊課程學習及教師應用資訊科技融入教學之兩方式來實施。《教育部中小學資訊教育白皮書》之訂定是以學生構面為主軸,並以了解及提升中小學生的資訊科技應用能力為重要目標之一。近年來,我國資訊教育基礎環境建設已奠定了良好的基礎,在設施充足的情境下,如何充分運用學校資訊科技資源,提升學生資訊素養及問題解決的能力,最重要的兩個重點工作即是提升師生資訊能力素養,以及進一步以此為基礎達到最佳化的資訊融入各科教學。因此,教育部於2007年制定了資訊融入教學發展原則,本文即以此發展原則進行分析,並以實際教案說明如何進行資訊融入教學。

英文摘要

Current information technology education in Taiwan is implemented via two approaches to strengthen the information competency of middle and elementary school students. One approach is information technology courses and the other is teachers integrating information technology with their teaching. The "Ministry of Education Whitepaper for ICT in K-12 Education" focuses on students, and aims to understand and enhance the information technology application abilities of middle and elementary school students. A strong foundation for information technology education has been established in Taiwan in recent years. Hence, current efforts are being directed towards the proper use of information technology resources in schools for enhancing students’ information literacy and problemsolving abilities. The two most important tasks to achieving these objectives are enhancing teachers and students’ information literacy, and using it as a foundation for optimizing the integration of information technology with teaching. Therefore, the Ministry of Education established principles for the development of information technology integrated with teaching in 2007. This study analyzes the development principles and explains how to integrate information technology with teaching using actual teaching plans.
