本研究旨在了解音樂家領導者對於領導美學的概念為何?音樂家將美學實踐在領導上的型塑歷程及探討音樂家領導者如何克服理想與現實的落差。本研究以具音樂家背景的領導者為個案研究對象,訪談某藝術大學校長以其音樂家觀點談領導美學。研究結果為:一、「美」無所不在,凡能給人帶來快樂就是美;二、領導者應具備善用心靈之美與尊重異己的美學素養;三、學校不是軍隊,領導者要有引導而不是領導的認知,且重視同仁專長,帶人要帶心;四、運用學校建築塑造學府氣質展現;五、運用校徽營造學校氛圍、利用圖騰傳達意象;六、當領導者與學校親、師生互動時,需放下自我、進行了解與溝通;七、領導者需以寬容、敞開的心來營造學校特色;八、當領導過程中理想和實踐產生落差時,領導者需認知「不圓滿就是圓滿」,那就會是圓滿了。

英文摘要

The aim of this study was to understand the general ideas of a musician leader about leading aesthetics and the process that the musician put aesthetics into practice in his leadership and to explore how the musician leader get over the "drop height" between the ideal and the reality. This study uses the way of deep interview and the interviewers were leaders withf musician backgrounds. The results were as follows: 1. Beauty was everywhere. Anything that can bring happiness to people was beauty. 2. A leader should have the ability to make good use of people’s inner beauty and respect different viewpoints on aesthetics. 3. A school was not like an army, so he ought to "guide" them, not "lead" them to win their hearts and loyalty. 4. Make use of the school building to form an artistic atmosphere. 5. Make use of symbol like the school emblem to create the campus atmosphere and other badges to convey images. 6. When communicating with teachers, students or their parents, he should put down his "ego" and do his best to understand them. 7. He should be open-minded in order to build the artistic characteristics of the school. 8. When there was a drop between his ideal and real practice during his leading process, he must realize nothing in the world is perfect. As long as he can keep a lively heart to manage things with harmony, he would surely do a successful job. Finally, this study gave some concrete suggestions for leading people and future study according to the studying results above.
