性侵害本身除了犯罪的本質之外，它亦可能涉及到加害人本身的親密關係議題，國外已有些研究針對性侵害加害人與其依附型態之間的關聯性進行探究，然而我國相關之研究則尚在起步階段。本研究欲探究我國不同類型性侵害加害人其依附關係型態，研究者依照個案與被害者年齡、性犯罪本質（合意或非合意）等資訊，將其分類為：成人強暴犯、青少年性侵害加害人、對未成年合意性交、兩小無猜等類型，並比較其依附型態之差異。本研究之樣本為我國某中部縣市接受社區處遇之性侵害加害人，對照組則以某區職訓中心之受訓男性學員為樣本。本研究採用王慶福之「關係型態量表」透過個案自陳來測量其依附型態，可得出個案在安全型依附、畏避型依附、焦慮型依附、排拒型依附等四大依附類型的分敷，並依分數高低決定其主要的依附類型。研究結果發現，第一、本研究之性侵害加害人其主要依附類型多數為安全型依附與排拒型依附，其排拒型依附之得分也普遍高於對照組；第二、成年性侵害犯（包括成人強暴犯與對未成年合意性交）在焦慮型依附之得分顯著較其他組別來得低；第三、本研究發現成年對未成年合意性交族群也可能有排拒型依附等不安全依附之關係議題，建議未来針對此一族群進ー步探究。

In addition to the nature of the crime, sexual offense may also be related to the intimacy issues of the offenders. Although there had been some researches to investigate the attachment of sexual offenders, the relevant researches in Taiwan were still rare. This study aimed to explore the differences of the attachment style among sexual offenders. According to the age of offenders and the nature of sex crimes (consensual or non-consensual), sexual offenders are classified as: adult rapists, adolescent sexual offender , consensual sexual intercourse with underage, consensual sexual intercourse of adolescent. The sample of this study was sexual offenders who participated in the community treatment in middle Taiwan. Control group were the males in a local vocational training center. In this study, participants were requested to fill in the Relationship Style Questionnaire (RSQ). The scores of four attachment style can be drawn from RSQ, including secure, fearful, anxious, and dismissing attachment. According to the highest scores of four attachment style, the main attachment style of each case can be decided. The results showed as followed. First, most major attachment types of sexual offenders in this study were secure and dismissing attachment, and the average scores of sexual offenders in dismissing attachment is also higher than the control group. Second, the scores of anxious attachment in adult sexual offenders (including adult rapists, consensual sexual intercourse with underage) were much lower than other groups. Third, the study found the group who had consensual sex with underage may also have insecure attachment issues, especially the dismissing attachment, it is recommended for further exploration for this population in the future.
