由於科技進步和高度全球化發展對於工作任務要求更佳複雜,許多組織探用以圑隊為基礎的工作設計方式,其目的在於使成員間有良好之互動、溝通及提升效率。而圑隊間員工因有長時間互動與相處機會,故所形成之職場友館具相當影響力。本研究主旨係針對個人圑隊配適與職場友館之相對影響效果進行探討。透過台北地區百貨公司銷售專櫃之銷售服務人員410份横斷面有效樣本’有效回收率為68.56%。研究結果發現’個人圑隊配適(參與安全、創新的支持、願景、工作導向)與職場友館(友館機會性、友誼普遍性)呈現正向關係。此結果將有助於管理者了解個人圑隊配適與職場友誼之影響,且管理者應在招募階段篩選出適合工作圑隊之員工。此外,管理者可在適當情況下促進圑隊成員的人際互動,以期提高個人與圑隊適配性所帶來的益處。

英文摘要

Although considerable research has focused on various forms of person-environment fit, little research has examined how person-team fit in team contexts. The employees who interacted with others during the working time will produce great influence. The purpose of this present study was to examine the relative effects of person-team fit (participative safety ヽ support for innovation ヽ vision ヽ task orientation) and workplace friendship (friendship opportunities、 friendship prevalence). The 410 data from salesperson of department stores in the Taipei was analyzed to explore the research problem. The results show that person-team fit and workplace friendship positive correlation. These outcomes will help the managers understand the influence of person-team fit and workplace friendship. According to the results of this study, the importance of person-team fit cannot be ignored. In addition to an appropriate selection process, managers should increase the amounts of interpersonal interaction between group members to increase group cohesion, from which the groups may gain benefits.
