中文摘要

本文提出一個新型高昇壓轉換器。此電路架構主要是利用耦合電感、電壓箱制電路及倍壓電路來達到高昇壓比之目的。此外,儲存於耦合電感中的漏電感能量能夠藉由開關截止期間將其能量回收至箝制電路中,因此效率得以提升,且開關上之電壓也能夠有效地被箝制。本文中詳細地對此高昇壓轉換器作穩態動作原理分析與電路特性的探討。最後,實際設計製作一輸入爲直流12 V,輸出爲200 V/150 W之高昇壓轉換器,以其模擬與實測結果驗證本電路之特性與可能性。

英文摘要

In this paper, a new high step-up converter is proposed. The high step-up ratio is achieved by adjusting the turn ratio of the coupled inductor, voltage clamp circuit and voltage doubler circuit. Moreover, the energy stored in the coupled inductor can be recycled during the off period so that the conversion efficiency is enhanced and the power switch is effectively clamped. The steady-state operation principle of the proposed high step-up converter is analyzed in this paper. Finally, a prototype of the proposed high step-up converter, with DC input 12 V and DC output 200 V/150 W, is implemented and simulated to demonstrate performance and feasibility.
