本研究探討添加植物精油成分之保濕乳霜於雷射微整型術後的肌膚照護成效之評估，研究對象爲雷射微整型術後的消費者，隨機分爲控制組與實驗組。實驗組使用薰衣草、黃蠟菊等兩種精油調製爲濃度1%之乳霜，控制組使用無此兩種精油的乳霜，於雷射術後當天起，每天早晚臉部清潔後直接塗抹於患部，持續措施14天，以皮膚水分檢測器及VISIA膚質檢測儀評估成效，探討使用該精油乳霜對於雷射微整形術後皮膚之照護能力是否具有舒緩保濕之功效。實驗結果顯示使用控制組與實驗組乳霜於雷射術後皮膚皆能提升皮膚的保濕與改善紅腫能力，此外實驗組還能改善毛孔、UV斑與棕色斑的皮膚問題，結論含薰衣草與黃蠟菊之精油乳霜能有較爲明顯的膚質改善成效。

This study investigated the efficacyoi blended essential oils cream to post-laser surgery skin care. The participantsare post-laser consumer, randomly divided into control and experi mental groups. Experimental group use cream which blended 1% Lavender officinalis oil and Helichrysum italicum oil in ratio 1:1; the control group use blank cream without essential oils. Post-laser treatment,the participantcontinuous two weeks daily applied cream on cleaning face both in the morning and evening. We use Skin Analyser HL-611 and VISIA Complexion Analysisto assess the skin care efficacy. The results showed that the intervention enhance skin moistureand alleviateskin rednessboth of control group and oil cream is benefit to skin moisturizing and soothingfor post-laser surgeryskin care. Our command this essential oil formula cream alleviatethe skin of burningand redness post-laser surgery.experimentalgroup,in addition, pores, UV spots and brown spots skin problems showed significant differences only on experimental group.
