本研究旨在建構及驗證休閒農場遊憩動機、休閒效益與滿意度關係模式，以瞭解休間農場遊客的遊憩動機、休閒效益與滿意度間之因果關係。研究對象以彰化地區休閒農場之遊客進行問卷調查，共獲得有效問卷273份。經文獻回顧相關理論後以結構方程模式進行分析，研究結果顯示，本研究之「休間農場遊憩動機、休閒效益與滿意度關係模式」，整體模式適配度良好。由該模式得知，遊憩動機可以顯著地預測休閒效益、休間 效益可以顯著地預測滿意度、遊憩動機可以顯著地預測滿意度。並且，遊憩動機可以透過休閒效益間接影響滿意度。最後根據本研究的發現進行討論，並提出相關建議。

The purpose of this studv was to construct and examine the structural equation model between the variables of recreation motivation, leisure benefit and satisfaction as well as clarify the effect of overall recreation motivation, leisure benefit and satisfaction in their relationship. A total of 273 valid questionnaires were collected from a sample or leisure farm tourists in Changhua city. Structural equation modeling was used to estimate a model of linking recreation motivation, leisure benefit and satisfaction. The results show that: the recreation motivation could validly predict leisure benefit. The leisure benefit could validly predict satisfaction. The recreation motivation could validly predict satisfaction. The recreation motivation could indirect influence satisfaction through leisure benefit. Finally, based on the research findings, the discussion was further posed and the upcoming research directions were proposed.
