中文摘要

本研究旨在探討國民小學校長情緒智慧領導能力、教師組織公民行為與組織創新氣氛之現況與關係,在研究方法上,採用問卷調查法,並使用結構方程模式驗證校長情緒智慧領導能力、教師組織公民行為對組織創新氣氛的影響。研究結果顯示,校長情緒智慧領導能力、教師組織公民行為與組織創新氣氛關係之現況良好,三者之間具相關性,且影響關係模式適配度良好。雖然校長情緒智慧領導能力對於組織創新氣氛有顯著之直接影響;但是,若校長情緒智慧領導能力透過教師組織公民行為之中介作用,則能對組織創新氣氛產生更大的影響,其影響效果也相對提高許多。本研究建議校長運用情緒智慧領導能力,激發教師利校行為,強化組織公民行為,進而提升組織創新氣氛。

英文摘要

The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships between elementary school principal’s emotional intelligence leadership, teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior, and climate for organizational innovation. Questionnaire survey was used. In addition, this study used structural equation modeling with prospective data to test for model fit. The findings indicate that principal’s emotional intelligence leadership and teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior positively affect climate for organizational innovation. Besides, principal’s emotional intelligence leadership indirectly affects climate for organizational innovation by way of teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior. The results suggest that the principal should implement principal’s emotional intelligence leadership to accelerate teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior in order to improve the whole climate for organizational innovation.
