領導理論發展從傳統與權威走向參與及授權,然而此發展仍無法因應以全球知識為基礎的組織環境,因此自我領導理論應運而生。自我領導是影響領導者自我與組織成員的理論,能提升個人與組織績效。亦即透過自我領導訓練能提升心理績效、正向熱誠、工作滿意與自我效能。本文旨在探討自我領導的概念發展、研究現況與未來展望。首先,論述自我領導的概念發展; 其次,探討自我領導的研究現況;接著,分析自我領導的未來展望;最後是結語。

英文摘要

The progression of leadership moves from traditional and authori¬tarian to more participative and empowering. Nevertheless, this evolu¬tionary progression of leadership was not entirely adequate to meet the challenges of the global knowledge-based environment of contemporary organizations. Consequently, self-leadership has emerged. Self-leadership theory can be described as the ‘process of influencing oneself 'as opposed to the influence of leaders over followers. Self-leadership can lead to en¬hanced individual and organizational performance. Individuals who re¬ceived the thought self-leadership training experienced increased mental performance, positive enthusiasm, job satisfaction, self-efficacy. The pur¬poses of this paper include: (1)to understand the concept development of self-leadership; (2) to understand the present situation of self-leadership; (3)to understand the future prospective of self-leadership.
