中文摘要

《CAREER就業情報》連續多年調查企業的用人意願,發現學歷再也不是主要的徵才考核依據,態度與能力才是關鍵所在。大多數的企業主認為在專業能力上,外語和電腦應用能力、專業證照、個人生涯規劃、工讀實習和社團經驗等,與人格特質上的學習意願強與可塑性高都是重要的篩選指標。但是,如何協助大專畢業生踏出校園時充滿信心,應屆畢業生的就業力值得生涯發展理論與實務工作者之重視。本研究主要是探討大專應屆畢業生面對職場應具備能力為何,分析企業評估大專生面對職場能力準則因素之間的因果關係,並進一步分析哪些能力是休閒觀光領域服務業所需要的。

英文摘要

The Journal, Career, with a long-term survey, specifies that for the employments in the enterprises nowadays the ability and attitude, rather than the education, serve as the key. Most business owners believe that the important index to choose good workers should be the professional ability, professional licenses, linguistic ability, career expectations, job experiences, club participations in school, and characters. However, in order to improve the graduates' confidence when they are just leaving school, those freshmen's capabilities to find jobs are worthy of the attention of the scholars and the practitioners in the workforce. This research is to analyze the graduates' abilities to join the workforce, analyzing the reasoning of the business owners' expectations and evaluations of the graduating students, and further identifying the requirements for the leisure and tourism industries.
