尾椎骨疼痛是泛指和尾椎骨附近相關的疼痛疾病，造成的原因有很多，主要可以分成軀體性的疼痛、神經性的疼痛或是混合型的疼痛三大類，其中以外力撞擊尾椎骨所產生的疼痛最為常見，然而，其他因素所造成的尾椎痛常不易被發現而造成病患長期的疼痛。回朔醫學文獻，與尾椎痛有關的研究報告不是很常見，因此，本文的內容主要說明尾椎痛的相關醫療疾病史、解剖位置、病因、診斷及治療，五大方面來著手，給予醫療專業人員未來在面對尾椎痛的病患時，有更深一層的認識。

Coccygodynia is a painful syndrome affecting the neighboring area of coccyx bone. There are numerous etiologies, which can be categorized into 3 parts: somatic pain, neuropathic pain and mixed pain. Among them, the most common is related to direct trauma to the coccyx area. However, other etiologies could not be easily identified and rendered patients long-term painful symptoms. Tracing back the medical literature, coccygodynia is rarely studied. This article is focused on five components: literature review, anatomy, etiology, diagnosis and treatment of coccygodynia. It is meant to provide medical professionals a more detailed understanding of coccygodynia when facing such patients in the future.
