成果導向教育強調學生畢業後真正擁有的能力,評量應兼顧標準參照評量、常模參照評量及自我參照評量,更應考慮評量目的、評量內涵、評量方式、評量情境、評量時機、評量紀錄、評量呈現、有效運用評量、有效推動評量,以及如何將評量結果向父母和其他教師報告。 成果導向評量結果的呈現,應掌握「正確、正向、回饋、友善」原則,其呈現方式已逐漸邁向多元化,除將傳統文字、表格為主的方式再予以精緻化外,更逐漸再納入圖示化的方式。圖示可採取雷達圖、長條圖及折線圖等方式,圖示內容已逐漸兼顧正式課程與非正式課程,階段呈現學習結果,並納入校系常模、校系標準、校系平均值或目標職涯等線圖,深化自我了解、他人比較及團體比較,且更緊密地結合職涯發展。

英文摘要

Outcome-based education emphasizes the competencies that students truly possess after they graduate; therefore, it should include standards-referenced assessment, normreferenced assessment and self-referenced assessment. The objectives, significance, methods, scenarios, timing, records and presentation of these assessments, as well as how to effectively use and promote them, and how to report the assessment results to parents and other teachers should be further taken into account. The presentation of outcome-based assessment results should be based on the principles of "accuracy, positivity, feedback and user-friendliness." Diversified methods of presenting the assessment results have gradually been developed; in addition to refining the traditional method that used text and tables, the method of using illustrations has gradually been included. The illustrations take the form of radar charts, bar charts and line charts; the contents of the illustrations have gradually included official and hidden curriculum; learning results have been presented in stages; and line charts such as the norms, standards and average of schools and departments or targeted career have been included. These illustrations deepen an understanding of self, comparison between people as well as between groups, and are closely combined with career development.
