一位16 個月大男孩病患因發燒、嘔吐及腹瀉被診斷為迴腸複製畸型。影像學檢查顯示小腸擴張及腸阻塞，腹部超音波呈現右中腹部有一個6.7 × 4.5 公分的腸道複製畸型，診斷為腸道複製畸形併發腸阻塞。我們為此病患進行剖腹手術的腸道畸形切除術，術後給予抗生素使用。病患每週回門診追蹤，他的日常活動及進食狀態在一個月後回復至正常，沒有發現進一步的腸阻塞。

A 16-month-old boy who suffered from fever and vomiting with diarrhea for over 1 week was diagnosedwithan ilealduplicationcyst.Kidney,ureter, andbladderx-ray revealed a dilatedbowel with ileus. Abdominal ultrasonography showed a 6.7 × 4.5-cm duplication cyst in the rightmiddle quadrant. A duplication cyst with ileus was diagnosed. After admission, laparotomic resection of the duplication cyst with end-to-end anastomosis was performed. Postoperative care included antibiotic use and weekly outpatient follow-up. Daily activities and feeding status were almost back to normal after 1 month, with no further ileus signs noted thereafter.
