目的：為確保病人所使用器械的安全性及有效預防院內感染，本專案目的為提升手術器械包盤資訊化管理執行率。進行方法：利用問卷調查護理人員使用手術器械包盤條碼化執行完整的情形，以了解執行率偏低的原因為何，而後利用決策矩陣分析進行改善措施。專案結果：實施改善措施後，手術器械包盤條碼化執行完整率由改善前20%提升至97.8%；供應室之器械包盤條碼化執行完整率亦提升至100%。結論：持續執行器械管理資訊化，以增加器械管理效能，提昇手術室的服務品質。

Objectives: To ensure instrument safety and protect hospital infection, the objectives of this study are to improve completion rate of operation room instrument information management. Methods: Using a questionnaire to investigate, what factors are caused to instrument management completion rate, and use decision matrix analysis to improve. Results: Bar code for completion rate of operation room instrument management has increased from 20% to 97.8%; for central supply center, the completion rate has 100%. Conclusion: We believe continually execution instrument information management can enhance management competency, and improve operation room service quality.
