本報告中將列舉三個病例，並對於殘留牙根的保留及後續的復治療分別以強逼萌出術及蓄意再植術作比較。文中我們回顧相關文獻，針對此兩種術式分別討論其適應症，禁忌症及優、缺點，並以表格整理出面對病患選擇時應先評估之各項要點，也提供了牙醫師對殘根除了拔除後人工植牙外多一種復治療的選擇。( J. Family Dent. 8(2): 29-42, 2013 )
英文摘要
Three cases were reported, and the prosthodontic treatments of the preserved residual root between forced eruption and intentional replantation were compared in the article. Literature was reviewed in the article and the indications, contraindications, advantages and disadvantages of forced eruption and intentional replantation were discussed respectively. We provide the table which can help to evaluate factors of patient selection. The article also offer another choice for treatment of residual root beside extraction and dental implant placement for dentists. ( J. Family Dent. 8(2): 29-42, 2013 )
