背景和目的:本文目的乃針對護理教師靈性團體成長,藉著護理教師靈性團體成長的活動過程,探討護理教師靈性團體成長理念之意涵。方法:本研究以行動研究法進行,以研究者本身為研究對象,研究過程特別邀請護理教師及護理系職員參與,地點是在不被他人干擾的會議室舉行,主要活動有二個階段;第一階段為「內化靈性生命」部分;第二階段以「學習生命的圓滿並活出喜樂與豐盛」,研究者在活動進行中,經由觀察、省思、探討再規劃等方式,並將所做的記錄與心得感想將活動給予概念化意義。結果:顯示在第一階段:內化靈性生命的詮釋有(1)期待;(2)悔改;(3)喜樂;與(4)希望;找尋生命中的金元寶而肯定生存的價值等四個不同層次的轉化而達成,此與3C理念之推廣有正面影響;第二階段:學習活出圓滿及豐盛喜樂的生命部分,獲得有關詮釋有(1)試煉;(2)寬恕;(3)智慧與勇氣;(4)蛻變而進入生命的圓滿等,此與融滲於3C涵養,與內化生命有正相關係。結論:希望藉由本研究可以幫助研究者了解,詮釋「護理教師靈性團體成長理念」,並積極推動護理相關靈性團體之理念,使其能夠正面成長與發展。

英文摘要

Background and purpose: In this research,we investigated the group spiritual growth of professional nursing faculty using designed activities.Methods: By applying action researchwith the researcher as the research target, we investigated the motifs that guide group spiritual growth of nursing teachers in order to acquire a better understanding of this process. In addition, nursing personnel were invited to participate in this research. There were 2 main stages of the designed activities. The first stage was 'to internalize the spiritual life', and the second stage was 'learning to live a satisfactory, joyful, and abundant life. Observation, reflection, investigation, and re-planning of activities were applied in this research. Finally, a quality analysis was applied to the acquired recordings, reflections, and insights. Results: The research results revealed that first, the interpretations of internalizing the spiritual life include (1) expectations, (2) repentance, (3) joy, and (4) hope. The value of existence has a positive influence on promotion of the [what is this?]3Cconcept. Second, learning to live a satisfactory, joyful, and abundant life was interpreted as follows: (1) the life-test, (2) forgiveness, (3) living with wisdom and courage, and (4) transforming the solitude experience in the desert and entering a satisfactory life. Conclusions: Those who have a positive relationship with deep enculturation of the 3C-concept enhanced the internalization of the spiritual life. The researchers acquired the interpretations of motifs which guided the group spiritual growth of nursing teachers, and hope to promote nursing-related spiritual groups to enhance positive developments.
