景和目的：本研究旨在探討加護病房護理人員照顧瀕死病患態度，及其影響因素。方法：研究以橫斷式研究設計，以北部某教學區域醫院加護病房護理人員為對象，採用自填式之死亡恐懼與死亡態度結構式問卷，以描述性統計、獨立樣本t 檢定與共變數分析，比較加護病房護理人員在不同人口統計學變數上對照顧瀕死病人態度之差異。結果：在病人態度方面，其平均得分為3.03 分(SD=0.67) ，傾向正向態度，其中以「專業性挑戰」構面平均得分最高，平均為3.50 分(SD=0.95) 最為正向，其次是「專業理解」、「一般性互動」等構面；最為負向者為「接觸瀕死病患」構面，平均為2.35 分(SD=0.91) ，護理人員對於死亡的態度與照顧瀕死病人態度呈正相關。結論：護理人員照顧瀕死病人態度之個人影響因素中，僅「處理死亡議題」達統計上顯著差異，研究結果可提供加護病房護理人員，照護瀕死病患之護理教育參考。

Background and Purpose: The purpose of this study is to discuss the intensive care unit nurses' attitude regarding care of dying patients and its related factors. Methods: This study adopted a cross-sectional study design. The purposes are to investigate aspects of intensive care unit nurse from a regional teaching hospital in northern Taiwan. A structure questionnaire for the fear and attitude of death was used for collecting data. This study used descriptive statistics, independent samplet-testand the covariance analysis to compare with thevariation of the intensive care unit nurse attitude toward to dying patients.
