由冠狀動脈血管攝影過程中所引起的醫源性冠狀動脈併主動脈剝離是相當少見的。在我們所報告的案例中，是當執行右冠狀動脈導管侵入性治療時，病患出現由冠狀動脈剝離至 Valsalva 的右心竇到升主動脈的主動脈剝離。我們利用包覆式支架封阻冠狀動脈剝離的入口處，並讓病患接受保守性治療。無論在立即的經食道心臟超音波或系列性電腦斷層上，都可以看到主動脈剝離的自動修復。

Iatrogenic aortocoronary dissection complicating a coronary angiographic procedure is a rare occurrence. We report a case of coronary artery dissection with retrograde extension to the right coronary sinus of Valsalva and ascending aorta when performing a right coronary artery intervention. After sealing the entry site with a covered stent, the patient was managed conservatively. Immediate transesophageal echocardiography and serial computed tomography scans demonstrated spontaneous resolution of the aortic dissection.
