模組化、學程化及分流化的成果導向課程模式(簡稱「三化課程」)乃南華大學首創的模式,其係依據成果導向教育理念,將學系課程結合基礎學域定位與市場脈動形成模組,再結合不同的模組形成學程,之後再針對專業選修學程予以分流為學術型、實務型課程,並將跨領域就業導向學程列為必修學程。秉持專業分析、最小變動及最大目標等三大策略,結合多元溝通、法制機制及民主審議等三大原則,發展出具有學程模組化、成果導向化、π型教育化、通識卓越化、主修區間化、分流自主化、跨域加註化、實務能力化及配套周延化等九項特色的課程。

英文摘要

Nanhua University is the pioneer in developing three outcome-based modes of curriculum construction which are: modularization, curricularization, and specialization. "Modularization" means that every department’s courses are classified into different modules, part of which tend towards academic training, and part of which tend towards skill training. "Curricularization" means the combination of different course modules to form specific programs. "Specialization" means to classify academic programs and skill-training programs, and in the mode of specialization, cross-field programs are designated as compulsory. To promote the three modes, Nanhua University has three strategies: conducting professional analyses, maintaining minimum changes, and optimizing the goal. Also, three principles are practiced: multi-sided communication, legalization, and democratic procedure. All these strategies and principles are employed in order to develop competitive curriculums that have such characteristics: modularization, result orientation, diverse education, excellence of General education, sectionalization of major, autonomous specialization, cross-field notification, practical skill training and consolidation of supplementary measure.
