近年來,大學教育的趨勢轉變為以成果為導向的教育,然隨著失業率的持續攀升,大學教育對於大學生到底有無幫助,對於就業所需要的職能是否能學以致用,成為眾所矚目的議題。本文描述中原大學基於成果導向教育的理念進行課程再造,建置並實現以成果為導向的教與學品質保證機制,以校、系所、課程等三個同心圓循環落實這個機制的實施,配合發展整合的系統計有課程綱要與教學計畫系統、評量尺系統、C-map能力指標系統、職涯媒合,以及學習歷程等系統,冀望畢業生能學用合一,與職涯無縫接軌。

英文摘要

University education has been moving towards outcome-based attitudes; with rising unemployment, the increased difficulty of applying university education to graduates’ future careers must be addressed. In this paper, the curriculum of Chung Yuan Christian University is revised in context of outcome-based education, building and implementing outcome-based assurance of teaching and learning mechanisms. These are applied to the university’s schools, departments, and institutes. Such implementations include, but may not be limited to: syllabus and teaching plan system, rubrics system, C-map capability system, job matching, and E-portfolio system. It is our goal that these revisions should provide smoother transitions for graduates to their prospective careers.
