中文摘要

本研究旨在將「大學生注意力缺失/過動疾患反應評估量表學生自陳量表繁體中文版」(C-CARE-SRI)進行中文化後之編修,並進行編修後版本之信效度檢驗,再建立本地的常模。本研究以分層抽樣方式取得1,950名大學生所填答之資料,結果顯示,C-CARE-SRI具良好的信效度。通過國外常模修正後切截點的人數比例,在不注意與衝動向度皆較高,顯示有建立本地常模的必要性。驗證性因素分析之結果顯示,以三因子(不注意、過動、衝動)模式適配度較佳,符合預期。文末並建議未來中文化成人ADHD 量表的研究方向。

英文摘要

This study aims to revise the Traditional Chinese College ADHD Response Evaluation Student Response Inventory (C-CARE-SRI), conduct analyses on its reliability and validity, and establish its local norms. A total of 1,950 local college students’ data were collected with stratified sampling technique. Our findings indicated that the C-CARE-SRI has fair reliability and validity. Higher percentages of our sample students passed the modified cut-points of the original English version CARE-SRI on inattention and impulsiveness subscales,indicating that the local norm is in need. Findings from confirmatory factor analyses once again supported the three-factor (inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity) model suggested by other CARE studies. Future studies on adult ADHD research were also discussed and suggested.
