英文摘要
This article is focused on special education teachers' professional growth. The article urges a combination of the use of both literature and practical experience to promote and inspire the mentor teacher system in special education. It is hoped for that a mentor teacher system, used to help special education teachers, can serve to enhance teachers' professional development.
