中文摘要

美甲業現為時尚界最具潛力的行業之一,且其競爭日趨激烈,因此如何讓消費者滿意已蔚為重要議題。本文係立基於美甲業者與消費者的基礎上,透過質性研究與模糊德菲法,藉以探討影響消費者滿意度的因素,結果顯示有16項因素影響消費者滿意度,其中以服務態度、售後服務、重視需求等三項最為重要,文末則對美甲業者提出建議。

英文摘要

Nail art industry has been the most promising industry in the fashion industry; however, it is more and more competitive. How to make consumer satisfaction has become an important issue. On the basis of nail art industry and consumers, Through qualitative research method and Fuzzy Delphi Methods, to explore the factors that influence consumer satisfaction. The results exhibit 16 factors will influence consumer satisfaction. Service attitude, after-sales service, consumption need are most important. Finally, give some suggestions to nail industry.
