Nursing provides biological, psychological, and spiritual care for patients. This paperemphasizes the importance of the spiritual enculturation of nurses. The authors introduce 4aspects of spiritual enculturation to (1) establish humanistic values, (2) facilitate spiritual growth,(3) promote life renewal, and (4) provide whole-person services and suggestions for learning. Thissynthesis can be a reference for nurses' spiritual enculturation.
