我們報告一個醫源性膀胱結石的病例繼發於先前婦科陰道懸吊手術。我們進行經 尿道碎石術，藉由碎石鉗將醫源性膀胱結石與缝線一起取出除掉。在術後長達十五個 月門診追縱並無重大併發症被發現，例如：壓力性尿失禁復發，反覆性尿路感染…… 等。

We report a case of iatrogenic vesical calculi secondary to a previous colposuspension procedure. The calculi with suture material were removed by transurethral cystollthotripsy with crushing forceps. No major complications, such as recurrent stress urinary incontinence or repeated urinary infection, were found postoperativdy during 15 months of follow-up.
