目的
對醫院管理而言,照護民眾健康是首要目標。面對不同的健保政策實施,醫院須要創造自身的藍海市場,才能於競爭的醫療市場脫穎而出。本研究欲了解病患對有機養生餐的需求,藉此提供醫院管理者於未來開發創新醫療服務之參考。
方法
採用橫斷面研究法,經由問卷調查收集研究資料。資料收集期間自民國101年10月1日至10月31日止,共發出250份問卷,回收有效問卷201份。資料分析以SP S S 17.0版統計分析軟體進行描述性與推論性統計分析。
結果
受訪者普遍認同醫院推廣有機養生餐有利於綠色醫院形象建立、有機養生餐較有安全概念與健康、環保概念、醫院可以販售有機養生餐。
結論
由於國內的幾件食品安全事件,使得國人對食品安全更加重視。有機養生餐的推廣除了可以建立醫院綠色形象外,也可滿足病患對食品安全的要求,是醫院未來可以積極開發的服務。

英文摘要

Purposes
For hospital management, public health is a primary business objective, so new policies must be implemented to increase market share. The objective of this study was to understand the demand for organic health foods by patients and its effect on hospital policy.
Methods
The study employed a cross-sectional design and used a questionnaire survey to collect qualitative data. Questionnaires were mailed to participating hospitals from October 1 to 31, 2012. A total of 250 questionnaires were sent out, and 201 were returned, yielding a return rate of 80.4%. The analysis used the SPSS 17.0 statistical software package.
Results
Respondents generally agreed that hospitals should promote organic health food to help build the image of a green hospital. They also agreed that organic health food was safer than other food, and that hospitals should be able to provide organic health food for patients.
Conclusions
Due to several domestic food safety incidents in Taiwan, people now pay more attention to food safety. Hospitals should promote organic health food, establish an environmentally friendly green image, and meet the requirements for food safety of patients.
