中文摘要

本研究主要探討不同構面P-E fit與工作投入之間的關係,研究結果顯示P-J fit、P-Ofit與工作投入具顯著關係,而P-G fit、P-S fit與工作投入的關係不具顯著性。本研究發現當員工的專業知識、技能與工作所需一致時,員工對其工作投入的程度較高。此外,當員工與組織的價值觀、目標一致時,員工會認為將自己的專業知識、技能充分應用於自己的工作當中就是執行組織價值觀、目標最好的方式,因此P-O fit對員工的工作投入也有助益。另外,本研究對理論以及實務上的應用、研究限制等亦一併討論。

英文摘要

The present study discussed the relationships among different types of P-E fit and job involvement. The result indicated P-J fit and P-O fit have significant effect on job involvement. When employees have professional knowledge and skills met their job requirement. Employees will work more proficiently because they have sufficient ability to complete their job. As a result, employees will earn more job involvement. When employees have similar values and goals with their organization, they believed that the best way to achieve the organizational values and goals is to complete an assigned task perfectly, thus, employees perform the P-J fit. Hence, P-O fit increased job involvement as well. Theoretical and practical implications, limitation are also discussed.
