本文應用最適產品設計值之實務評估模型，來說明產品設計創新的管理政策。本研究應用產品整合設計系統與階層系統于產品設計產業。本文應用評估標準，參考各有關參數，分析產品形態，來綜合評估標準與最適產品設計價值，以求得產品設計創新的最適目標解。
本文重點如下：(1)在市場訊息不精確下，如何應用評估標準來決定產品設計模型；(2)使用產品預測值方法，來對應設計參數與客戶需求之關係；(3)使用多標準決策方法的搜尋軟體來求算產品設計最佳解。

This paper illustrates product design innovation policy, using an evaluative model of optimal product design values. This investigation proposes the use of product integrated design system and hierarchical system in the product design industry. We use an evaluative criteria model with relevant parameters to obtain the optimal objective solution, along with product morphological analysis to synthesize evaluative criteria with optimal product design values.
We focus on: (1) using an evaluative criteria design model under imprecise market information; (2) producing mapping relationships between design parameters and customer requirements using product predicted value method; (3) using the searching software of multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) to obtain the optimal solution.
