中文摘要

大專院校常以學生的學習知覺調查作為教師評量給分的依據,而「文字回饋」的部分是否也可以作為評量的依據,是有待探討的課題。本研究的目的在於針對醒吾技術學院 92 至 96 學年度學生學習知覺調查文字回饋的部分進行分析;探討學生文字回饋的情形、教師對文字回饋的看法,以及文字回饋是否可以作為教師評量的依據。以醒吾技術學院的學生和教師為對象,採用文字資料分析、問卷調查法和焦點團體訪談進行研究,以描述性統計和內容分析法來分析研究資料,並以連續比較法將資料統整。研究結果指出:一、學生學習知覺調查文字回饋的情形方面:(一)五專部商管學群成績在 80~89分之間的女生,填寫文字回饋的比例較高;(二)學生文字回饋的對象,以人文學群服務年資在 10 年以下職級為講師的女教師比例較高;文字回饋的內容以「正面」性的意見佔多數。二、醒吾技術學院教師對學生學習知覺調查文字回饋的看法方面:多數教師雖然對學習知覺調查結果作為教師教學績效持贊同和適宜的意見,但仍表達出評量本身仍有許多需要改進之處。三、學習知覺調查文字回饋是否可以作為教師評量的依據方面:「文字回饋」的意見只能作為教師教學的參考,不適合作為評量的依據。醒吾技術學院學生學習知覺調查的結果,可以作為教師評鑑的一個項目,但「文字回饋」的意見只能作為教師教學的參考。

Universities and Colleges always according learning perception of students to evaluate teachers, then the words feedback weather as the standard or not was still a problem to salve. The purposes of this study was to analyze words feedback of learning perception about Hisng Wu College students from 2004 to 2008 ; to explore the status of words feedback, teachers’ opinions, and weather them could as the standard for teachers’ evaluation or not. The participation were Hisng Wu College’ students and teachers. We adopt words analysis, questionnaire and group interview to research. And adopt descriptive statistic, content analysis and constant comparison to analyze all data. The results showed that (一) about words feedback of students: (1) the female students who were 5-year business school and physical education’s score was between 80 to 89 had more word feedback; (2) the main words feedback subjects were teachers who were literature school and the service year under 10 years and their grader was lecturer; and the words feedback were more positive. (二) about the opinions of teachers : most teachers of Hisng Wu College agree the learning perception feedback as the standard for teachers’ evaluation, but they express the evaluation way still need to make a progress. (三) about words feedback as the standard for teachers’ evaluation: the opinion of words feedback were only as the reference for teaching, but could not as the standard for teachers’ evaluation. Conclusion: the results of this study could as the reference on teaching reflection for teachers. The results of learning perception about Hsing Wu College students could make as an item for teacher evaluation, but “the opinion of words feedback” just could make as reference to teaching for teachers.
