語音合成與辨識技術愈來愈成熟，運用文字轉語音工具開發輔助教學平台，應該可提升學童的興趣與意願，本研究運用微軟近期開發的Speech SDK 11與中文工具包，針對網路上常見的題庫系統，建置系列語音題庫，並依據實際測試情況，建置系列彈性調整機制，可以改善批次建構語音題庫可能造成的問題，同時針對現有語音引擎缺乏讀音部分，提出替代字元方式，使語音題庫可用性更高，本系統以微軟WPF應用程式建置，便於後續轉至網頁或雲端之應用，系統完成後並就國小四年級社會科題庫轉語音進行測試，結果顯示無論直接播音、WAV或是mp3檔案，都可以快速轉出，提供學童離線練習。

Speech synthesis and recognition technology is becoming more mature, the use of text-to-speech tool developed auxiliary teaching platform should enhance students' interest and willingness. This study is therefore to employ Microsoft Speech SDK and Chinese voice engine for converting series quiz bank into voice format. According to the actual test, some modification modules were made in order to produce the suitable results by replacing the special characters absent in the voice engine and some symbols that frequently appear in the primary school test. The platform was developed by Microsoft WPF application that may easily transfer into website for internet and/or cloud application. The final validation was to choose the quiz bank of social studies for 4th grade of primary school and shows that all of the directly transfer, WAV and mp3 files were made easily.
