本研究以地方政府結合民間慈善基金會援建設立於原住民部落的一所新設國小及其校長為研究個案,以質性研究為取徑,採用訪談法、文件分析法及專家諮詢為研究方法,並以個案學校發展民主教育為核心的理念學校經營為研究主軸。研究顯示,個案校長以「形而上」的教育哲思與教育理念啟動領導動能,據以邁向理念學校發展;校長以具有學習力、反省力、堅定力及執行力的領導動能實踐於理念學校的經營;校長以多元角色經營理念學校;個案學校以多元面向實踐特許任務為導向的理念學校經營。整體而言,理念學校經營發展係校長的「形而上」教育哲思與「形而下」學校經營策略的融合,亦即理念學校的經營係植基於校長教育的哲思、理念及學校目標,學校教育的變革與發展、特許任務的達成、多元面向的經營、教師專業、課程本位及教育主體性的融合。

英文摘要

This study is donated by the local government which benefited with domestic charity foundation to found and organize a new established aborigine tribe elementary school as a research case, and the methodologies being adopted qualitative approach with interview, document analysis and expert consultant. The result indicted that case school focused on developing the core of democratic education during toward ideal/charter school. Meanwhile, based on the metaphysics educational philosophy and ideology of the principal which the leadership energy to reach the goal of developing ideal school. The principal who managing ideal school is founded on its multiple roles and dimensions. The leading of the case school which executing charter mission oriented in the multiple perspectives. As a whole, ideal/ charter school management blends with principal’s metaphysics educational philosophy, belief, and school goal, and combines physics dimension of school education reform and development, getting charter mission developing, multiple dimensions management, teacher profession, school-based on curriculum and educational identity.
