本文旨在析述臺灣地區理念學校發展之困境,並提出因應對策。研究者首先析述理念學校發展的三大困境,包括:一、無形宰制待解構、覺知待喚醒、理念學校風潮待持續鼓動;二、迷思概念待澄清、盲點困境待破解、相關法制待加速研訂;三、有關系統與各種資源待加強整合,相關配套措施尚待研擬。其次,再提出解決理念學校發展困境的三大因應對策,包括:一、解構無形宰制、喚醒主體意識、持續鼓動理念學校風潮;二、澄清迷思概念、破解盲點困境、加速研訂相關法令制度;三、加強整合有關系統與各種資源,加速研擬相關配套措施。最後,提出本文之結論。

英文摘要

This paper aims to analysis the dilemma and proposing strategies of ideal schools in Taiwan To begin with, the problems and challenges of the ideal schools were analyzed as following. First, the invisible domination should be deconstructed, consciousness be awaken, and the trend of ideal schools be encouraged. Secondly, misconceptions should be clarified, the plight of the blind spots be cracked, and the relevant education act be accelerated. Thirdly, the systems and resources need to be integrated and related measures be developed. In the second part the strategies to cope with the above predicaments were suggested. Lastly the conclusion of this paper was proposed.
