微熱壓印成型已經廣泛運用於微製造。本研究提出一個具經濟效益之具有微特徵結構之模具製作方法並運用於高分子材料進行微製造,並討論不同熱壓印條件對於熱壓印成品精度之關係。研究結果顯示,熱壓印成品精度於達到飽和之前,隨著熱壓印力量與熱壓印溫度的增加而增加,基於成型週期時間與綠色製造兩個因素,熱壓印溫度 170 ℃與熱壓印壓力 55 kgf 為製作菲涅爾透鏡最佳成型參數。
Micro-hot embossing process has been widely employed in the micro manufacturing. A cost-effective method for fabricating micro-featured mold and the microfabrication application using polymer materials were proposed in this study. Effects of micro-hot embossing conditions on the replication accuracy of microfeatures were investigated. Results showed that the replication accuracy of microgroove depth and width increased with both the embossing load and embossing temperature until a saturation value was reached. Based on both cycle time and green manufacturing, an approximately perfect Fresnel lens could be replicated under the embossing load of 55 kgf and the embossing temperature of 170 ℃.
