傷寒論太陽病風寒兩傷營衛的臨床路徑，有風寒兩傷營衛病之表與裡之分。風寒兩傷榮衛病之表病，依感受風寒之邪的輕重，分風寒並重型之大青龍湯證；風多寒少型之桂枝二越婢一湯證、麻黃桂枝各半湯證、和桂枝二麻黃一湯證；及寒多風少型之小青龍湯證三類。風寒兩傷榮衛病之裡病，有真武湯證，白虎加人參湯證，乾薑附子湯證，及茯苓四逆湯證。其中乾薑附子湯治真寒假熱之心臟衰竭，茯苓四逆湯治心力衰竭之休克及代謝性酸鹼平衡紊亂。

The clinic pathway of wind-cold damaged defense and construction aspect in Greater Yang Disease by Shang-Han Lun respectively had an exterior disease and an interior disease. In cording to wind or cold evil of light or heavy character, the exterior disease was divided to equal severity of wind and cold pattern of Major Green-Blue Dragon Decoction zheng, more wind than cold pattern of Two Parts Cinnamon Twig and One Part Spleen-Effusing Decoction zheng, Cinnamon Twig and Ephedra Half-and-Half Decoction zheng, Two Parts Cinnamon Twig and One Part Ephedra Decoction zheng, and more cold than wind pattern of Minor Green-Blue Dragon Decoction zheng. The interior disease included True Warrior Decoction zheng, White Tiger Decoction Plus Ginseng zheng, Dried Ginger Aconite Decoction zheng, and Poria Counterflow Cold Decoction. Among of Dried Ginger Aconite Decoction treated true cold and false heat pattern of heart failure. Poria Counterflow Cold Decoction treated shock caused by heart failure and disturbance of metabolic acid and base balance.
