近來受到教育及就業市場全球化影響,第二外語與專業外語學習漸受重視,對此專業法語教學研究提出學習需求分析、語料蒐集及教材製作等步驟。本研究呈現專業法語學習及教學發展趨勢,並探討國立高雄餐旅大學西廚系法語課程安排、學習需求及教材編製方向,可作為餐飲專業法語教學之參考。

英文摘要

With the wave of globalization of higher education and labor market, foreign language for specific purposes has become increasingly important. The field of French for Specific Purposes (FSP) introduces a procedure including learning needs analysis, authentic teaching materials collection and production for FSP course-development. In this paper, we study current trends of FSP research, examine the contents and learning needs of French course for Western Culinary Arts students at National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism, and propose several potential directions for designing FSP teaching materials. We also hope that our research could be utilized as a reference in the fields of FSP.
