團體分析之治療性社區與美國人際互動團體此兩種治療理論基礎差異可謂不小，本文嘗試探討如何運用治療性社區的經驗於台灣本土團體心理治療實務，並探討其間的異同。此外，在不同的治療文化背景下，治療師是否會產生適應障礙，也是值得探討的議題。然而，在不同的治療文化背景下，學習到的經驗如何應用在本土臨床的工作，取得平衡也是本文的重點。

British Therapeutic Community and the group psychotherapy in Taiwan are quite different therapeutic models. We try to explore the differences between the group psychotherapy in the two nations, and the experience of group psychotherapy to be applied to each other.In 1943, Bion and Foulkes developed Therapeutic Community in Northfield hospital based on the concepts of group analysis. Therapeutic Community now is quite popular in European countries and U.S. In Taiwan, group psychotherapy is heavily affected by the Irvin Yalom model, which emphasized on the interpersonal interaction and the application of "Here and Now" issue. We would like to explore how the therapist adhering to the Irvin Yalom model survive in the Group analysis based analytic group and how the group analysis experience could affect the Irvin Yalom model group afterward.
